Description:

The Hilti TE-CD / TE-YD Hollow Drill no longer has a drill bit, but has openings on the solid carbide head. They serve to transport the concrete drilling dust directly through the hollow drill by directly sucking in a connected Hilti VC teat.
The complex borehole cleaning for dowels and subsequent reinforcement connections with blowing and brushing is completely eliminated, which considerably reduces the dust load.

Hilti received a commendation from the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs (BMAS) at the presentation of the German Hazardous Substances Protection Prize for its hollow drill TE-CD / TE-YD
