When stirring or mixing dry to viscous mixtures by hand, the back and arm areas of the hand are strained. An agitator with two agitators moving in opposite directions enables jolt-free, non-impact mixing and reduces the mixing time. The ergonomic handle design allows the mixer to be operated with both hands. Strain in the shoulder, neck and hand-arm area is reduced. The quick-release coupling allows the agitator to be changed quickly and easily without tools.
