Cranes and load handling devices

Cranes usually move loads vertically and horizontally. Load handling devices (including magnets, grabs) are the link between the lifting device and the load. These devices replace high physical lifting and gripping forces that can damage the musculoskeletal system.

Hydraulic workshop cranes and gantry cranes are used for heavy-duty movements. Light workshop cranes with undercarriages can be used flexibly.
Suction lifters are well suited for smooth surfaces such as glass panes. Tool suspension systems such as spring balancers and counterbalancers make assembly work easier, for example, by eliminating the need to bend down to pick up and put down heavy tools. With spring balancers, the tool is retracted to its original position after use.
