On the Thatsit kneeling chair, the body is constantly in motion. The knees are positioned on, in front of, between or next to the shin supports to vary the sitting angle and posture and to find the ideal balance point for the body. The downward sloping seat surface relieves pressure on the shoulders and back. The open angle between the lower and upper half of the body supports blood circulation. The backrest can be attached for support.
