Workplace design for a quality tester with an arm paralysis

Employer:

The company manufactures high-pressure ports for connection of hydraulic components.

Disability and functional limitation:

Since a private accident the man's left arm is paralyzed and he is severely disabled. Due to the paralysis of the arm, there are some limitations (for gripping, holding, carrying and handling) in the exercise of the activity.

Workplace and duties:
