Grade III round bars are usually installed in heavy-duty surface components such as ceilings, floor slabs, bridge deck slabs etc.. Both the insertion of spacers as well as the grouting require a great deal of time. The ironworkers work for long periods of time in a very bent posture, which leads to considerable back strain. This physically demanding work can be significantly reduced by using reinforcement steel rolls. The round bars are connected to each other by welded steel bands and are delivered to the construction site as rolls. These rolls can be unrolled at the installation site. The reduced installation and binding times also result in a significant increase in cost-effectiveness.
