Description:
liquid oxygen systems consist of a container for receiving cryogenic liquid oxygen. Liquefied oxygen allows the storage of larger amounts compared with medical oxygen in gas form. The liquid oxygen is converted to gaseous oxygen with an evaporator and heated to room temperature. The subsequent delivery to the patient via a plastic tube (nasal cannula). The oxygen withdrawal quantity is adjustable and is set by means of a flow regulator.

Stationary liquid oxygen systems for home care may be complemented by a portable unit for mobile use. Mobile liquid oxygen systems are filled on stationary systems. For this purpose, the appropriate filling connection must be compatible with the mobile device. This stationary system is, inter alia, in combination with the Heimox support units T 1.2 and T 0.5
