Arbitration Procedure
We will endeavour to respond to your enquiries within a reasonable period of time, (usually a maximum of six weeks).
If you do not receive a reply or are only partially or not entirely satisfied with the answer, you can turn to the Arbitration Service for the Federal Equality Law. The Arbitration Service will examine your case and try to find a solution within the framework of an arbitration procedure.

You can submit a request to the Arbitration Service to initiate an arbitration procedure. The application can be made by completing an online form, in writing by post, by e-mail or by declaring for the record at the Arbitration Services office.
