Arbitration Procedure
We will endeavour to respond to your enquiries within a reasonable period of time, (usually a maximum of six weeks).
If you do not receive a reply or are only partially or not entirely satisfied with the answer, you can turn to the Arbitration Service for the Federal Equality Law. The Arbitration Service will examine your case and try to find a solution within the framework of an arbitration procedure.
